Hero Strategy
Double Ion Shell the first wave and make sure opponents don't deny many creeps.
Execute push and pull strategy. Push the lane with shells and pull the big camp.
If you can't pressure on the lane consider creep skipping and farming neutral camps nearby.
If you are fighting close to pillar spots or cliffs, consider Vacuuming opponents on those.
Push out dangerous lanes with Ion Shells.
Keep your melee cores shelled and wait for a moment when opponents are clumped up to do your combo.
Prioritize using Wall of Replica and Normal Punch on heroes that have strong illusions or auras.
Counter Strategy
Against Dark Seer, focus on denying creeps as Ion Shells are making them drop low.
Dark Seer will push the lane in with Ion Shell and pull the big neutral camp. Block it or prevent it.
Dark Seer relies on clarities to maintain Ion Shell spam. Look to cancel them.
When Dark Seer's Surge is on cooldown he is vulnerable.
Avoid buying Radiance and Assault Cuirass against Dark Seer as he can replicate these items with his ulti.
Don't clump up in teamfights for Vacuum into Wall of Replica combination of Dark Seer.
