Hero Strategy
Careful about using Time Walk aggressively on early levels as you leave yourself exposed for a while.
Look around the map and be ready to teleport in and pick-off an opponent with Chronosphere.
Faceless Void is attack speed hungry hero as dps is closely related to frequency of Time Lock procs.
In teamfights, look to trap as many opponents as possible in Chronosphere while leaving allies outside.
Avoid playing aggressively when Chronosphere is on cooldown and push out lanes.
You can tank up and get mobility items if your teammates can provide plenty of damage in Chronosphere.
If your team is behind or not off to a good start consider going for mask of madness over midas as it can help with earlier engagements.
Counter Strategy
Cause damage to Faceless Void over time, as he can't heal using Time Walk
Attack Faceless Void after he used Time Walk
Faceless Void relies on Chronosphere to be effective and he will feel underwhelming if it is down. Make use of the long cooldown of his ultimate to force a fight or take an objective
Don't clump up when Chronosphere is up. Save the hero that has been caught or look to interrupt the follow-up damage from Void's teammates
It is recommended to have basic dispels available against Time Dilation
Items like Aeon Disk and Aegis are good counters against Chronosphere in mid to late game. It is advised to keep buyback ready as you might want to use your first life to burn through Void's ultimate
You can try to bait out Chronosphere with smart illusion rune usage or Illusionist's Cape
