Hero Strategy
Use Stifling Dagger to secure creep lasthits.
Try to get to cornucopia in tough lanes and put a point in Blur on level 2. Otherwise you will need extra regen.
Opponents are likely to have a lot of stick charges so take that into account when playing aggressively.
You can disjoint most projectile spells and ranged attacks with Blur.
When farming dangerous areas or stacks, consider using Blur.
Make sure to max phantom_strike after stifling dagger for faster farming speed.
You typically want to focus on killing disabling supports and backliners at the start of the fight.
Check opponents' inventories for break effects and evasion-piercing items. Adjust playstyle and itemization.
Pick up aghanims shard if you need the break vs heroes like timbersaw/bristleback etc..
Counter Strategy
PA uses Stifling Dagger frequently to obtain lasthits. Buy Magic Stick and Magic Wand to get charges.
PA is weak against spell harass in early game. Manage your mana and pressure her
Armor items are good against PA as she is all about physical damage and armor reduction
Cheap items that allow you to survive PA's Phantom Strike are Ghost Scepter, Glimmer Cape and Eul's Scepter
Counter PA's Blur ability with items piercing through evasion, breaking passive or causing magical damage
PA can be killed by a well timed Blade Mail
Control power runes to prevent PA from getting double damage
