Hero Strategy
During the laning stage, prioritize stealing damage of the enemy core and win the last hit battle off of it.
You can switch a target and hit something else during Static Link.
You want to hit opponents or creeps with the Plasma Field from maximum range for maximum value.
The Plasma Field provides vision so you can use it to scout treelines, pillars and Roshan pit.
Use Eye of the Storm to speed up your farming, especially when clearing stacks and ancients.
Mobility and items that allow you to be in the middle of the fight will enable you to get a great Static Link off.
Most of your fight impact will come down to Static Link usage. Take your time and use it on the proper target.
When not much is happening, push out the sidelines with the Plasma Field without even showing yourself.
When you have your BKB, target the enemy carry in fights and run at them with all your spells.
Pick up the Aghanims Shard around the 15 minute mark as it lets you stick on top of heroes with Static Link.
Counter Strategy
Razor wins most lanes against melee heroes. Consider sending ranged heroes against him.
Getting movement speed items helps a lot at dealing with Razor's Static Link.
Keep a good distance to Razor and make it hard for him to get a good Static Link off.
Prevent Razor from draining your core's damage. That way Razor will have less impact in fights.
Force Staff, Hurricane Pike, Linken's Sphere and Lotus Orb are great at dealing with Static Link.
